Jeffery Lyons
President and founder of NAP, Jeff Lyons has been working in the computer/IT industry since 1985. What began as a hobby
turned into a career while volunteering for non-profit agencies in the Baton Rouge area. Lyons Computer Consulting, Inc.
opened its doors in 1986. Along the way, Jeff saw a need for third-party credentials for independents and corporate IT
professionals who, like himself, entered the industry along a non-traditional path. Jeff established NAP in 1995.

Dr. Leslie Klieb
Dr. Leslie Klieb is currently the College Chair for Information Systems and Technology at the
University of Phoenix, Louisiana campus. Here he is responsible for the academic quality and
integrity of the programs for the BS degree in Information Technology and the A+, Net+ and
MCSE certificate courses that are offered.

David Persyn
A technical trainer and networking consultant since 1987, Mr. Persyn brings years of practical and
teaching experience to the classroom. Mr. Persyn spent two years a Technical Trainer,
Technical Support Supervisor, and Technical Support Senior Engineer for Microsoft. During that
time, he supervised the startup of Microsoft's FrontPage Web Support project. In 2001 he was consulting
Architect for a high-availability SAN/Website for a national academic honor society.

George Norwood, III
Mr Norwood has over eight years of technical experience in roles ranging
from application developer, systems administrator, systems engineer, and
solutions architect. He has a broad background which encompasses multiple
industries and multiple working environments. He is currently employed as
a solutions architect, leading distributed enterprise research and
development projects for the U.S. Government.

Cherry Jochum

With a BS in Human Ecology from Louisiana State University, Mrs. Jochum brings
a non-industry perspective to NAP. As an Executive Recruiter, Mrs. Jochum has
her finger on the pulse of the nation's workforce.
